UAE News / Launch of Cultural Activities for Children at the Zayed Humanitarian Library

United Arab Emirates / Abu Dhabi, July 18, 2005 (WAM) – Children's cultural activities at the Zayed Humanitarian Development Library (FDF) started yesterday Abu Dhabi Gate City in cooperation with the Volunteer Footprint team.

These events, which will continue until August 8, will strengthen the role of the Family Development Foundation in developing children's skills and training them to become the future leaders of the future and by inculcating concepts and mechanisms of volunteering.

The events saw the organization of several workshops such as "Alamani Zayed", "At the service of the Emirates", "Message of the reader" and "Journey into the national territory" with the participation of more than 20 children talented and creative in the cultural and artistic fields. How to deal with children and motivate their different talents.

Zayed Family Humanitarian Foundation was inaugurated last April under the direction and patronage of Umm Al Emarat by His Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, President of the General Union of Women and President of the Superior Council of Maternity and Childhood.
