Using night mode helps protect your battery

It is known that the night mode of applications helps to reduce the illumination of the screens, which leads to eye protection and battery consumption because of the lack of brightness of the battery. However, Google has recently confirmed that the night mode used longer by applications extends the first, in addition to helping to quickly mitigate the loss of battery.

According to the Indian GSM website, Google revealed at the Android developers conference that the total battery consumption in black does not exceed 20% of power consumption when using white, which means that the night mode applications consume about 1/5 of the situation. This is due to the fact that colors increase the power consumption on the screen at each degree because the number of illuminated pixels increases when the color becomes clear, which increases the energy consumption.

But the strange thing is that Google itself always and mainly uses the white color in the design of its applications, which increases the energy consumption.
