Uber Black introduces an option to tell your driver that you do not want to talk

It is usually easy to walk around from a TNC application. What's more difficult is managing what happens between the moment the car stops on the sidewalk and the moment you close the door (do not slap!). Depending on your trends and those of the driver, there can be a lot of jappings between points A and B, not to mention detours and literal luggage that bother you. Well, if you find yourself facing an uber black carousel, you now have more ways to control the ride of your ride with the tap of the app, which includes being able to hang a muffler ride.

Starting today, Uber Black and Uber Black SUV drivers in dozens of American cities (full list here) will need to comply with the company's new rules to ensure a consistent experience across the service. New rules are in place concerning the driver's conduct and the specifications of the model, the make, the exterior and the interior of the vehicle. So expect leather rear seats every time. Drivers must maintain a rating of at least 4.85 stars and meet the insurance and licensing requirements for commercial drivers or delivery drivers in their jurisdiction.

For the runner, there are two great amenities for the Black experience. One of them is a 15 minute grace period once the vehicle arrives in the car, although a minute wait fee applies after 5 minutes. In an airport, the grace period is 5 minutes and the fees are 2 minutes. No cancellation fees will be charged if the trip is missed. Customers can also call live agents for "Premium Assistance" within 24 hours of an outing if something goes wrong that needs to be corrected.

But until now, most noises have been caused by some new flip-flops that drivers can turn on so that drivers know what they want from their driver. These include temperature settings, help with luggage and a new silent mode. Yes, press the switch and the driver will stop for the duration of the trip.

If you pay for Uber Black, you're looking for an experience you will not find on UberX. Well. The problem is that, in all likelihood, fewer drivers are meeting these new requirements. You will pay more, but you probably will not know how much of this money will go to your driver – given the TNC strike organized by the regional driver associations on May 8th, we can not assume anything – and how much will the 1, $ 8 billion Uber lost last year.

In the meantime, for all plebeians who want to be left literally or metaphysically on the way, we may have to be courteous and ask the driver if they can keep the ride as quiet as possible. And heck, do the same, even if you're on an Uber Black. Respect is free to give and receive and we are all worth more than that as human beings.
