Two of Uber's top executives were dismissed last week by a shake-up of the carpool company's management following its flawed IPO.
Chief Operating Officer Barney Harford and Marketing Director Rebecca Messina have left the company, according to a regulatory report released by Uber on Friday.
Uber CEO, Dara Khosrowshahi, said that this decision would allow him to streamline his operations and involve him more personally in the daily activities of the company.
