UFC fighter Irwin Rivera’s arrest report details the gruesome scene of the Florida officers and the bizarre statements the mixed martial artist gave to the police officers who arrested.

According to the arrest report obtained by TMZ Sports, police responded to a call in Boynton Beach. Police officers who arrived at the scene found a 22-year-old woman covered in blood on the roadway and another 33-year-old woman inside the house. Both women are said to be stabbed. Neither woman has been identified.

The officers who responded searched the area and eventually found Rivera with his clothes covered in blood. The UFC fighter told officers “I killed my sisters,” according to the report.

Police said Irwin admitted to “stabbing his two sisters” with a “brass knife”. The officers said Irwin told them he had done it because “that was his goal, which a higher power told him.”

Rivera was taken into custody at 12:08 p.m. at the main detention center in West Palm Beach on Thursday, according to online arrest records from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (Florida). He was charged with two counts of first degree premeditated murder. No information on bonds has yet been released.

The UFC issued a statement regarding Rivera’s situation. A UFC official has said Rivera’s career will be on hold pending an investigation.

“The UFC is aware of the recent incident involving Irwin Rivera and has subsequently received information from his management that he was behaving compatible with mental health issues,” the UFC said in a statement. “The allegations are extremely troubling and the organization is currently collecting additional information. The investigation is ongoing and all potential next steps, including disciplinary action or medical attention, will be determined at the conclusion. UFC has informed Rivera’s management that they will not be offered a fight at this time. “

Rivera was due to fight in March. He has not been fought since October.
