The two planets were discovered in 2014. At the same time, one of them, Kepler -186 f was the first terrestrial planet not too far away and not too close to its luminous surface to allow to the liquid water to exist on its surface.
As the mathematical modeling has shown, the slope of the axis of the exoplanet is relatively stable and weak. Kepler-186 f alters the slope of the axis in the narrow range and slowly, so that the seasons change in much the same way as on Earth.
A similar situation on the exoplanet Kepler-62f. It is slightly larger than the Kepler-186 f and the Earth, but not large enough to be a gaseous giant, and the climate is also relatively stable.
