Times-Dispatch reports that Nick Cooke, owner of Black Swan Books in Richmond, called 911 on Saturday afternoon after seeing a woman confront Bannon and call him a "garbage."
Cooke says that Bannon was busy with his business when the woman started harassing him. Cooke asked the woman to leave. She only did so after calling the police.
Richmond Police said they received the call around 3:15 pm Saturday, but the call was canceled before they arrived.
