Four members of an Alabama police department were suspended after making a hand gesture in a post-arrest photo that some claim to be a hate symbol meaning "white power."
Four officers, whose names were not made public, were suspended and docked a week's salary after the photo was published in the Jasper Daily Mountain Eagle on July 12.
