In "Ecstasy" there is no joy, no stereotypical France, no romantic or pornographic sex. Only the pain, something flashing, someone is constantly bored, and someone repeatedly says the word "fuck".

The director shows the dark side of creative people who want to show the value of their talent, ride in a pit, from which few can succeed in going out. Under these conditions, the wise man becomes a fool, calm – violent, modest – cowardly, indifferent – the number one enemy. The entire movie, "Ecstasy", is a long dance in which each character loses his sense of existence, loses his connection with the outside world, and in the fun music dies in the dilapidated walls of the old house when he is around the snow and not soul.
