South Korean auto company Kia intends to release an electric version of the KX3 crossover
Recently, the mentioned vehicle appeared on the market in 2015 and was perceived as a kind of copy of the Hyundai ix25, gradually losing popularity. In fact, at present, the level of consumer demand for the crossover is close to zero. In the period from January to May this year, the South Korean brand dealer centers managed to sell only 977 cars of this model. The manufacturer has decided to correct the situation created by the release of the electric version of the vehicle in question.
Under the hood of the new version of the car will be installed a fully electric motor, whose power level will be 110 horsepower. There is no information yet on the spare wheel of the car. The maximum speed of the car will be about 150 kilometers to the hour.
The electric version of the crossover will be presented at the Chengdu Motor Show on August 31.
