Robert Allen, 22, was arrested and jailed on Wednesday in Dodge County, according to an official in charge of investigating the death of rapper XXXTentacion.
Dodge County is located southeast of Macon, Georgia
The circumstances surrounding the arrest of Allen were not immediately known, but records of the jail indicate Allen was placed in custody by the US Marshals Office. Broward Sheriff's Office said Allen had been seen in RIVA Motorsports surveillance footage at Deerfield Beach where XXXTantacion was shopping before being shot on June 18.
Allen is the third person arrested in connection with the rapper whose name was Jahseh Onfroy.

A fourth person named as a suspect in the case, Trayvon Newsome, 20, of Fort Lauderdale, is still on the run.
The four men were indicted this month by a Broward County grand jury in relation to the ambush firing death of XXXTentacion.
