At the Google Cloud Next conference, the company introduced its new development, Titan Security Key – A physical key used for user ID

Initially, the device was considered the key to connect to the computer system, but the developers promises to extend its functionality to store the passwords of different accounts.
There are two changes to the device: USB and Bluetooth, and it does not require charging for about six months. The price of Titan Security Key is not yet known, but similar keys that have already appeared on the market are around 20-25 dollars.
Developers promise that the device should "significantly improve the security of the user account: 2FA will protect you from other important attacks such as a password stolen from a site and used in another, or compromised password databases.But any 2FA system that involves the entry of a code by the user is hacked.

A key that looks like a USB key allows its owner to bypass the process of entering passwords. In addition to the password, the device provides a unique encryption key, so that it will not be able to use the fraudsters.
Google said that they had been using similar keyrings for about six months. The result has been a general decrease in phishing and fraudulent receipt of information via fake links.
