Reminder of 1st August National Bank of Ukraine will recalculate the official hryvnia exchange rate to the dollar . The regulator introduces cut unrepresentative transactions, and the course will be posted on the NBU's website before 16:00. In the state-2018 budget, the rate was set at 29.3 UAH per dollar and last year they deposited 27.2 UAH
Earlier, the government has expressed the following currency forecasts: the hryvnia exchange rate (average per year) in 2018 will be 29.3 UAH per dollar, 2019 – 30.5 UAH per dollar, 2020 – 31 UAH per dollar. The latest forecast (main scenario of economic development): 2019 – 28.2 UAH, 2020 – 29.7 UAH, 2021 – 30.4 UAH
According to the NBU survey in the second quarter of 2018, the majority of Ukrainian companies expect the average exchange rate of the hryvnia against the US dollar over the next 12 months to 28.63 UAH. Forecast in the first quarter was higher – UAH 29.53
