According to the preliminary vote count, the ruling "Justice and Development Party" received about 65% of the votes . His main rival, the opposition "Republican People's Party," got 25.85% of the voters support.
The Turkish opposition claimed electoral fraud in favor of the ruling party and complained to the CEC
