New Orleans police are asking for help after Saturday night's deadly shootout at a mall that killed three and wounded seven others.

Harrison said the shooters were supposed to wear hooded sweatshirts, but that was the only description available. He has repeatedly asked the public for assistance, stressing that "crimes of this kind can only be solved with the participation of the community."
