OnePlus 6T smartphone owners started complaining about screen problems. The first announcements on the official forum were published in early November, but the number of complaints increased several times during the month.
Static waves unexpectedly appeared on some smartphones screens. For some users, they occur after unlocking, with both the fingerprint scanner and the facial recognition features. Others notice flaws in the image when they perform other tasks: viewing videos or attachments.
What is related to this problem, software or lack of components, is still unknown. OnePlus does not comment on customer complaints.
