NYPD hunting couple who lost the ring during a romantic proposal

New York Police Hunt a Couple Who's Engaged in Times Square Friday but lost the ring by the gate. 19659005] CCTV footage shows that the romantic proposal turns out badly and both people try unsuccessfully to retrieve the jewel.

After seeing the pictures, the agents managed to save the ring, to clean it up and now want to find his owners. They issued an appeal to the man and woman to make themselves manifest

The footage was filmed just before midnight Friday night and was released by the police shortly thereafter.

This does not show the moment when the man asks the question but we see him getting on his knees trying to find the ring.

Her fiancee (although we do not know if she actually said yes) puts her hands on her face when she realizes what happened.

She squatted next to him, trying to help her but without success

The man then lies down near the grate, trying to reach the jewel but again, he is unable to recover it. 19659005] The good news is that police officers in the New York Police Department clearly have a romantic side and, more importantly, access to the gate, so they could get out pretty easily.

As well as the images of the couple that they made public. a picture of the ringtone cleaned on their Twitter account with the caption: "Here is a picture of the recovered (and cleaned!) ringtone.Call 1-800-577-TIPS or DM @NYPDTips if you know the happy couple, we can give it back to them! "

Unfortunately, staff at the NYPD Deputy Commissioner's office says that no one has yet manifested, but they hope to reunite the couple with the ring and find out if it actually say yes.
