An American tourist disappeared while she was celebrating her birthday in Costa Rica – and her family fears being kidnapped.
The last time the friends and family of Carla Stefaniak, residents of Florida, heard of her, it was the evening of November 27. she texted them that the rental of her Airbnb rental in San Jose came and went, according to media reports.
