LUMBERTON, NC (WITN) – The FBI and Lumberton police arrested Michael McLellan, 34, in connection with the kidnapping and murder of 13-year-old Hania Aguilar.
McLellan is charged with a number of crimes including first-degree murder, forced first-degree rape, and first-degree abduction.
McLellan is currently being held at the Robeson County Detention Center without bail. He will appear for the first time at the Robeson County Court House on Monday at 9 am
The investigation is still ongoing and the final reports of autopsy and toxicology are not yet complete.
