Chinese automakers Huawei and Xiaomi are preparing to introduce smartphones equipped with cameras with a record number of megapixels, writes The Verge.
The publication indicates that Samsung and Sony have announced the launch of 48 megapixel sensors this year. It is now known that on December 26, Huawei will introduce the first smartphone with such a camera – the Honor View model 20. Details of the smartphone are not disclosed, but it is already known that it will receive a Sony IMX586 sensor at 48 Mp.
