Sophia Beridze, a transgender girl from Georgia, brilliantly participates in the Ukrainian Top-model reality TV show. In her interview with beauty.ua, the model describes the sex changes, the attitude of these relatives and friends and the difficulties she had to overcome.
Hope, who changed sex, appeared at Sophie's home at the age of 14 when she learned about the existence of transgender. As the girl says, she did not know if she could live up to 18 years, because there was no concept yet to change her life. Jenny Talakova and Beridze realized that it was her chance. For two years she studied all the features of hormone therapy and then started taking medication. For the moment, she is completely satisfied with the changes in her life and is not saving anything.
At the same time, the model indicates that it was difficult to decide that it was because of the fear of being found guilty of society and its loved ones. The situation was complicated by transgender people's reactions to problems with friends, parents, work, depression and drugs. Moral training lasted two years, which sparked a strong desire for change in life.
However, the girl's fears were not in vain: all her friends immediately turned away from the decision. It was a hard blow and Sophie screamed at the pain six months later, although right now, many of them are trying to restore their relationships. The girl reacts to the refusal because she believes that treason should not be forgiven.
Aboriginals do not immediately take the decision model, but over time, everything is developed. She told them 5 months after the start of hormone therapy and that everything is fine in the relationship with her parents. The girl notes that all her actions are carried out in the interest of her parents and all their achievements – thanks to their support and love.
At the same time, not everything is as smooth as it may seem and Sophie is constantly subject to misunderstandings, she feels surprised. The girl says that it sometimes takes time to digest and calm down.
Beridze is very positive and believes that all these problems are modest, adding that his main objective for the moment is the plastic, which is still lacking money.
