The Ukrainian oligarch Victor Pinchuk and former head of AP Borys Lozhkin met Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in his administrative building last November. Meetings with oligarchs within the administration are recognized only by post factum, when they have been recorded by journalists, because the lists of visitors to Bankova are classified. This is stated in the article by Mykhaylo Tkach "Secret of the Presidential Administration" in the program "Schemes: Corruption in Detail" (joint project of Radio Liberty and television channel UA: First).
The meeting is held late in the building of the presidential administration. The two swarms of businessmen arrived at almost the same time and left the administration.
Victor Pinchuk owns several television channels, including STB and ICTV. The journalists investigated that during the live broadcast of the talk show "Freedom of speech" on ICTV, President Poroshenko has come three times in the past year. The three broadcasts focused on the president's achievements and the positive ones for him: Tomos, the military state. "This is the only talk show in a country where Poroshenko started walking a year before the presidential election," Scheme said.
