The new Camera application is part of the One UI shell, the final version of which will be based on Android 9.0 Pie for the Samsung Galaxy S9 smartphone. Galaxy Note 9 already in January of next year, and then this software will update many other branded phone models, mostly marketed between 2017 and 2018.
