Sen. Susan Collins (Maine) thinks it needs more information before she can definitely talk about the growing legal problems of President Donald Trump.
During CNN's "State of the Union" day, host Jake Tapper asked Collins what she thought of Trump's allegations. personally instructed his former lawyer, Michael Cohen, to pay money to two women to protect his candidacy for the presidency.
