Maryland father accused of ordering his daughter, 5, to steal a parcel under the porch

A Maryland father is wanted by the police after he says he ordered his 5-year-old daughter to steal a package under a porch last month.

Gary Martin Smith, 46, is facing charges of theft of less than $ 100, conspiracy to committing a robbery, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and fourth degree burglary.

The robbery allegedly occurred on November 30, according to the Hartford County Sheriff's Office, was recorded on a home surveillance video and posted on the ministry's Facebook page.
