The Raleigh County Sheriff's Office this week issued arrest warrants for the four people who entered a sealed and trapped mine.

Eddie Williams Jr., 43, is accused of having penetrated without breaking, conspiring and giving false information to law enforcement, the sheriff's office said.

The sheriff's office said Friday that arrest warrants had also been issued against Kayla Williams. , 25, Erica Treadway, 31, and Cody Beverly, 21, for entering the mine, but no charges were laid against him.

The three men were on alert, discussing and walking unassisted, said Raleigh County Sheriff Scott Van Meter after the rescue.

"It's a miracle that they have been found alive," Van Meter said.

The underground mine is inactive and sealed, told CNN Contura Energy, whose affiliate, Elk Run Coal, holds the property.
