Polish designer Martha Fisicovska, as part of her Who Nose project on adapting a person to life on Mars, has printed the human nose on a 3D printer, to which it could look like after its adaptation to the climate of the red planet.
The human nose has changed several times, adaptation to different climates. In the case of colonization of other planets, people also expect this process if they breathe without special devices.
Martha Flisikovska decided to create the nose that they can become when they live on Mars. In his work, the designer took into account the climate of this planet.
The first version is a nose with two pairs of nostrils – for a more efficient warming of the air. The second layout is flat – for protection against the sun and a more comfortable wearing of the helmet. The third layout is similar to a "skirt" that helps to resonate and distance the human voice.

Presentation of the Polish Designer Marty Flisikovsky on the Evolution of the Human Nose on Mars [1945906]] Marta Flisykowska / Journal of Arts Science and Technology [19659011] Flisikovskaya noted that human noses will not necessarily evolve this way. She also reminded us that such an evolution had lasted a very long time and that it was necessary to implement on March what it was agreed to call therapy – a process that should change the climate of the planet and make it fit for man.
