Bus Service for Fargo, North Dakota and Surroundings Moorhead, Minnesota, was suspended Thursday afternoon due to worsening road conditions. The service should resume on Friday with a normal schedule.
The National Weather Service issued blizzard warnings in central South Dakota, eastern North Dakota and western Minnesota. The storm was to drop more than one foot of snow in the area before the end of Friday.
The Minnesota State Patrol tweeted that the state of the roads was poor in most of western Minnesota. Transportation officials said the state of roads in most of central and northern state was completely covered with ice and snow, and that the wind was suffering even more from displacement problems.
