According to data from the Chinese regulator TENAA, the Vivo NEX Dual Display would soon be more accessible on the market
Recall that the Vivo NEX Dual Display was launched in December this year, it came out in a single version equipped Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, 10GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in flash memory.
The difference between the cheapest version will be several. First, the Snapdragon 845 will take Snapdragon 710 and, secondly, the amount of RAM will be reduced to 8 GB. Finally, thirdly, the changes will focus on the triple main camera. The most interesting module, and essentially a separate 3D TOF camera, will be replaced by a standard 13 megapixel camera. The other two modules will have a resolution of 12 and 2 Mp, as in the original smartphone.
Earlier this year, Vivo released the Vivo NEX S and Vivo NEX A smartphones, featuring Snapdragon 845 and 710 respectively. Maybe this time the name Vivo NEX Dual Display will also add some sort of letter that will distinguish the premium version of the most affordable.
Exact release date is not yet available.
