President Donald Trump reacted to Senator Elizabeth Warren's announcement on Monday that it would constitute an exploratory committee for a possible presidential race in 2020.
During a telephone interview with Pete Hegseth, a Fox News contributor, asked Trump if Warren could win or not.
"Well, I do not know that," Trump replied. "You should ask his psychiatrist."
Trump made this comment during an interview for FoxNews' "New Year's American" broadcast, broadcast on New Year's Eve.
The President also mocked the Democratic Senator from Massachusetts, whom he repeatedly called "Pocahontas," because of his claim to be partially Native American.
"Elizabeth Warren will be the first," said Trump, referring to the fact that Warren was the first major democrat to throw his hat. "She very badly managed to prove that she was of Indian descent, that did not work out very well."
