5G tests in the United States have shown that there is little difference in speed with 4G

The world's first 5G commercial network acquired in the United States a few weeks ago – launched by AT & T. At the initial stage, 5G is only available for "selected" users and only one of them they managed to compare the parameters of the new network with those of the LTE. The results have been interesting.

Apparently, the only more or less serious difference in the pumping rate: there is a double 5G advantage. And in the other, there is virtually no difference. And the user tested the network in the same place and on the same equipment – a Netgear Nighthawk 5G Mobile Hotspot mobile access point. Until now, it is the only 5G solution available for AT & T users.

Interestingly, after the end of the test period in mid-March, AT & T 5G users will pay $ 70 (2,000 hryvnias) for 15 GB of traffic. Unlimited access to the network on LTE is about the same in the United States. It is therefore worth thinking about something new. If there is practically no difference in speed and if the difference in coverage is different, LTE in the United States is not everywhere, whereas AT & T does not show any difference in speed. provided access to the 5G network only in 12 major cities. But here, it must be understood that at the time of the test period, until the complete deployment of all the infrastructure, the speed can be limited. So in the future, the 5G will of course prove faster, the question is simply how long it takes to pass a transition period and how many users will be willing to pay for less periods expensive.

And what do you think our readers, will there be a big difference between 4G and 5G?
