First Cake – Cookie
Ingredients : 5 eggs, 200 g flour, 200 g sugar.
Divide the egg yolks and proteins. Mix the thick proteins of the mousse with an incomplete glass of sugar. Add the yellows and shake them to form a homogeneous yellow mass. To knead the dough, add the cup of flour to the liquid obtained. Mix well.
Pour the resulting dough into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake a sponge for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
The second cake is a cheese
Ingredients : a packet of yellow jelly, 200 ml of water, 800 g of cottage cheese, 2 yolks, gelatin.
Dissolve the packet of yellow (lemon or orange). jelly Let it cool, but do not freeze it.
Put 800 g of cheese in a meat grinder. Add 2 yolks, dissolved gelatin and cooked jelly. Beat the cheese with a blender and put it on a cake.

Ingredients: red jelly, 200 g water, 5 proteins, 150 g sugar, gelatin.
Mix 5 cooled proteins and gradually add 150 g of sugar. . Add the dissolved gelatin in a spoon and continue to shave. To do this, the cake must also prepare the jelly, this time – red (Lilia Rebrick chooses cherry). The fresh jelly, but not frozen, is poured into the mass of albumin and continues to fall so that it becomes a pink puff. Place it gently on a cheesecake and cookies. Decorate the dessert with jelly or fruit.
