An accident between the United States in Florida killed at least 7 people and wounded 7 others

At least seven people were killed and seven others injured Thursday in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 75 near Gainesville, Florida, authorities said .

Semi-trailers and two passenger cars were involved in the accident that occurred about one kilometer south of Alachua. Relief services from Alachua County firefighters reported that the flames were lit after 50 gallons of diesel fuel spilled onto the road.

Rescue teams extinguished the fire and said that they were treating the accident as an investigation into a homicide, but they did not explain why. The fire was so intense that the authorities said that he had damaged parts of the road.

The fire, Rescue Rescue, stated that "several patients" had been victims of "serious injury" without specifying the number. Authorities had initially announced the deaths of six people, but revealed the death of a seventh victim on Thursday night.

At one point, the Alachua County Sheriff's Office sent a helicopter to look for possible victims in the woods off the road.
