Police tweeted about the shooting at Gable House Bowl in Torrance shortly after midnight local time. "There are reports of shootings with several victims," said Torrance Police Department. "TPD is on the scene, an investigation is underway, please stay away from the area."
The Gable House Bowl is open until 3 am on Saturday mornings. Bowling is open until midnight, followed by "Rock-n-Glow" until closing.
Police responded to the scene at 11:54 pm local time, said the Torrance Police Department.
"When they arrived, the police found several people shot inside the place," he said. "The police began to take life-saving measures, including CPR and the use of a defibrillator.The Torrance Fire Department also treated individuals at the scene."
The identity of the victims was not disclosed pending the notification of the next of kin. The detectives investigate the shooting and work on the identification of the suspects.
Torrance is about 20 miles from Los Angeles.
