Ryanair is the last, the 19th place for the sixth year in a row. The first positions were occupied by Aurigny Air Service, Swiss Airlines, Jet2, Norwegian and KLM. But the British companies Easyjet and British Airways rank 11th and 15th according to the results of the survey.
The airline, which is expected to carry 141 million passengers in 2019, did not leave any positive impressions with regard to check-in, the convenience of armchairs, food and drinks on board, as well as comfort in the cabin. Instead, Ryanair spokesman said that the company's success was not taken into account.
Ryanair's passenger numbers have increased by 80% in the last six years, while Ryanair.com has become the most visited airline in the world. These figures indicate that consumers want more than an unrepresentative survey of only 8,000 people
