On the morning of January 9, we can wake up in a new reality: with the United States, which declared the state of emergency, and with an American president who will have extraordinary powers.
In the last 18 days, the United States perpetuates what is called "ShatDown" (shutdown or shutdown in Ukrainian). There is still no national budget for 2019, all public institutions funded by the Treasury are now closed and nearly one million US officials are forced to go on vacation.
However, it should be noted that this phenomenon is quite commonplace in the United States. – such a shtadownov, there were already about 17 last year, when the budget was approved only in early February. But, it seems that this time, the castle is likely to drag on. After all, the obstacle in approving the state budget this year was financing the so-called "Trump Wall" on the Mexican border. This wall is the pre-election promise of the incumbent US President and, unlike the "Yatsenyuk Wall," Donald Trump intends to make it a reality, rather than simply using public money. For the construction of a wall with Mexico, Trump must provide nearly $ 6 billion on the budget, but members of Congress Democrats (Republican Trump's political opponents) want to simplify the project and agree to give four times less of construction – only $ 1.5 billion.

How long can the United States survive with non-functional state structures? , is not known for sure. However, it seems that now the situation is already critical . After all, no one is going to commit acts. Trump is ready to keep his election promise and Democrats continue to consider building a wall as a waste of money! However, the US president seems to have found an unusual way out of the current miserable situation. Namely – he seems ready to announce the state of emergency. The need to introduce such a state can be explained by various reasons – from the shaddauna that plunges the country into the home and ends with the humanitarian crisis on the border with Mexico. But the real goal of establishing a state of emergency for the US President will be the ability to access emergency funds provided in critical situations. And having the right to dispose of funds from the reserve funds, Trump will fund all the needs that are now the subject of negotiations between Republicans and Democrats in Congress. A ploy with a statement of emergency will allow Tramp to end the evil situation because he will not have to go to the Democrats and agree to reduce the financing of his project "Wall" – and this, only to give delegates their vote for the 2019 budget and the country left the shatadaun.
Tuesday evening, the US president announced his appeal to the nation. It is possible that during this call he and declare the introduction of a state of emergency . But we will not know until tomorrow morning, because of the time difference, the American president will announce a speech at 4 pm, Kiev time. And it may be that tomorrow morning we would wake up in the new reality – with the United States, where the state of emergency was declared, and with the American president, what many call impulsive clown – but who will have extraordinary powers tomorrow.
However, I am not excluded that this will not happen before. No, not because Trump bluffs, on the contrary, he is quite capable of resorting to such extreme measures. But I think his determination to go to the end scares the Democratic deputies who will already act, will vote for the state budget and will support the funding of the "Wall" – just for not bringing the situation to the emergency announcement in the United States
