Fоrd recalls a million cars of several models

The American automobile company Ford Motor recalls 953,000 cars worldwide. The cars that enter the recall program are equipped with defective safety pillows manufactured by the Japanese company Takata. Ford is committed to installing new airbags for free.

According to a widespread ad from a car manufacturer, more than 20 people have already died as a result of this equipment.

The crossover variants of the 2010 Ford Edge and Lincoln MKX models are likely to shrink, Ford Ranger model pickups 2010-2011 and Ford Mustang model years 2010-2014. More than 780,000 revolted cars were sold in the United States.

Recall that in December, Ford had already announced the recall of hundreds of thousands of cars due to a malfunction of the engine. Because of this failure, Ford Motor was burned three times, an incident causing minor damage. The practice of recalling a malfunctioning car is popular around the world. So, in November, Mazda recalled hundreds of thousands of diesel vehicles because of engine problems. And in October, BMW recalled 1.5 million cars because of the danger of fire.
