LAS VEGAS (FOX5) – Police arrested Friday a woman wanted for running and killing a manicurist from the Valley after skipping the ticket in a nail salon last month

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said the police had discovered and arrested Krystal Whipple in Glendale, Arizona on Friday morning.

The 21-year-old woman was charged with beating and mortally wounded Nhu "Annie" Nguyen with her car after a payment dispute in a nail salon located near Flamingo Road and Decatur Boulevard .

The incident occurred at the salon around 4:30 pm On December 29, when Whipple tried to pay for a $ 35 manicure, his credit card was declined, police said. Whipple reportedly told Nguyen that she would get another payment method with her car.
