KYIV. January 12th UNN. The Ukrainian delegation to PACE decided that the candidacy of Andrius Kubilius would be supported by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe. This was announced by the head of the Ukrainian Permanent Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Volodymyr Aryev, who transmitted UNN .

"The majority of the Ukrainian delegation has long been determined – we support the candidacy of Andrias Kubilius, former Prime Minister of Lithuania and author of the project Marshal's Plan for Ukraine", a- he said on Twitter.
