Polish Consular Institutions in Ukraine in 2018 issued Ukrainians with a total of 876.64 visas, of which 97, 2% nationally, Sheng – 2.8%.

The largest visa in 2018 was issued by the Polish Consulate in Lviv – nearly 278,000 (31.7%). In addition, in Lutsk, approximately 179,000 visas were issued (more than 20%), in Kharkiv more than 145,000 visas (16.6%), in Vinnitsa – nearly 130,000 visas (14.8%). The smallest number of visas was issued by Polish consular offices in Kyiv – more than 87,000 (almost 10%) and Odessa – more than 57,000 (more than 6.5%).
The percentage of failures was 3.4% (about 31,000). the total number of visa applications submitted.
Compared to 2017, the number of visas issued in Polish consular establishments decreased by about 240 000 last year, mainly due to the introduction of a regime of Visa waiver for short trips of Ukrainians in most EU countries, including Poland, as of June 11, 2017.
