KYIV. January 14th UNN. The Russian FSB asks the Moscow court to close the proceedings in the case of captive Ukrainian seamen and not to disclose the results of his work without an agreement with the investigation. It is reported by UNN with reference to TASS.
The investigation instructed the Moscow court in Lefortovo not to allow listeners and the media to hold meetings to prolong the detention of the captives of Ukrainian seamen accused of illegally crossing the Russian border.
The lawyer of captured Ukrainians considers these claims as a flagrant violation. appealed to the court hearing a non-procedural appeal requesting an in camera meeting with continuation of the preventive measure, invoking the secrecy of the preliminary inquiry and asking them not to disclose the results to Unanimity "We consider this a flagrant violation of the principle of transparency of justice," said Defense Representative Sergei Badamshin.
