Scientists have denied the utility of one of the anti aging methods, namely the intake of vitamin D in the form of dietary supplements used by the elderly. Falls, says MedicalXpress.

4,000 people aged 70 and over participated in the study. All volunteers were divided into several groups according to their dose of vitamin D.
Vitamin D does not prolong life
It is injected into the body a once a month during the year (300, 600 or 1200 micrograms depending on the group). It turned out that there was no difference between the three groups taking vitamin D, regardless of the dose taken. According to scientists, there is a vitamin D deficiency in the elderly, but high doses do not have any additional effect.
