The Bureau of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe changed the rules on the formation of committees, which resulted in the loss of seats of representatives of Ukraine within the Council of Europe. According to the decision of the governing body of PACE, in each committee, in addition to monitoring, there can not be more than two representatives from each of the member states. Previously, in all committees, in addition to control, there was no such restriction.
For this reason, the ordinary committee consisted of 4 Ukrainians: Volodymyr Aryev, Vladislav Holub, Yulia Lyovochkina and Serhiy Kiral.
