Recently, the network revealed that Xiaomi was working on a new low-budget smartphone Redmi Go. And already on Jan. 24, the novelty appeared on the retailer's website in the Philippines before the official announcement.

In particular, the Redmi Go model with a gigabyte of RAM and an 8 GB drive has been published on the site.

According to the information published, Redmi Go will be equipped with a 5 inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels (16: 9). The device will run under the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor.

The main camera only has 39, a module with a resolution of 8 MP and frontal – 5 MP. The battery capacity is 3000 mAh
The device will run on the Android 8.1 Oreo operating system (Go Edition, specially designed for low-cost smartphones).
The price of the budget
There is confusion. The retailer's website indicated a price of 99,999 Philippine pesos ($ 1,900 or 52,519 UAH). However, given the very economical features of the smartphone, this price seems more than fantastic. Previously, it was known that this smartphone would cost Rs 5,000 in the Indian market, about $ 70 or $ 2,000.
