Google Pixel 4 gave incredible results at Geekbench

The flagship smartphones Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL have made their debuts relatively recently, but rumors are already rushing for a quick announcement of the "lite" version of the new products. Today, there was an allusion to the development of Pixel 4. The corresponding case was noticed in the popular benchmark database.

According to new entries in Geekbench, the device not known as the Google Coral code is equipped with the latest Snapdragon 855 processor and 6GB of RAM. For comparison, Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL received 4 GB of RAM – according to the standards of the modern flagships, this figure seems very modest. The device tests were conducted under the control of the Android Q operating system. The latter has not yet been released.

During a test with a single nuclear reactor, the mysterious gadget was able to score 3,296 points, against 9235 points in the multi-core. This is probably a technical prototype: the first tests of the first mobile processor gave superior results.

The final version of Android Q should be presented at the I / O conference that Google plans to hold in May 2019. Its distribution for user devices will begin in September. Since the presentation of Google's "pixels" usually takes place in the fall, the launch of the flagship new features of a new operating system is only a matter of time.
