Samsung introduces world's first OLED UHD display for laptops

The South Korean company Samsung Display announced the launch of mass production of the world's first OLED display with a diagonal of 15.6 inches and a resolution in UHD (3840 x 2160 pixels). The novelty is for laptops and its release will begin in February.

The screen can display 34 million colors, twice as much as similar LCD screens. This allows you to obtain realistic color images that conform to the standards of the DCI-P3 (digital cinema initiatives).

Developers have limited radiation in the blue part of the spectrum to reduce potential eye damage.
