Changes to the Microsoft Xbox Live service have caused the appearance of a black screen
In the morning, the American owners of Xbox One game consoles saw nothing but the black screen of television when they were tried to turn them on, the picture simply was missing. Messages containing complaints about Xbox One broken down captivated by the most popular sites, Twitter and Reddit.
Microsoft's microprocessor owners claim that even a few reboots do not "revitalize" the Xbox One. A user could display the image by pressing the "Menu" + "A" buttons, but instead of the dashboard (main menu), a message was displayed updating the firmware of the currently unavailable consoles.
Later, the Xbox Helpdesk confirmed, know about this problem and investigate the situation to determine the cause. Xbox manager Brad Rossetti said the problem was detected.
It turned out that minor changes to the Xbox Live service caused a black screen to appear instead of the usual dashboard. The problem is solved by restoring the changes made to the previous version.
