Los Angeles authorities have decided not to accuse Michael Avenatti after being charged last year with physically assaulting a woman.
While the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office had announced Friday that it would not prosecute the domestic violence offense against him. According to the Associated Press, there would be hearings on the charges, according to the well known lawyer.
