The American admiral called at first blow to Russia

The commander of the operations of the Navy Marine, Admiral John Richardson of accused his country of going on a direct attack against Russia and China.

Thus, the Admiral answered the question of the American ability to respond, reports The Business Insider.

According to Richardson, the fleet uses the fleet to "aggressively capture land, seas and power", so the United States should hit first.

Admiral stressed the need for patience, diplomacy and respect for the rules.
