A conspiracy theorist sues Mueller alleging illegal leaks and surveillance

An author and conspiracy theorist who claims to have been threatened with indictment by the team of the special advocate Robert Mueller in Trump-Russia investigation filed a federal complaint against Mueller on Sunday evening: Constitutional violations and disclosure of grand jury secrets

The lawsuit, filed before the US District Court in Washington, is only the last maneuver of a public campaign led by Corsi and his lawyers against Mueller. Last month, they gave reporters copies of draft court documents showing that Mueller wanted Corsi to plead guilty to false statements.

Corsi is represented in the lawsuit by his attorney David Gray of New Jersey and Larry Klayman, founder and curator of Judfly Watch, a long-time curator. The lawsuit takes some unusual transfers, accusing Mueller of exercising unconstitutional surveillance of Corsi through the PRISM program of the National Security Agency, a digital espionage program exposed by NSA thrower Edward Snowden.
